Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using EstimateX, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Account and Registration

When you create an account with EstimateX, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breaches of security. EstimateX will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use EstimateX for any unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of EstimateX, nor may you engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the platform.

EstimateX reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

Billing and Payment

Certain features of EstimateX are provided on a paid subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees and charges that you incur, as well as any applicable taxes. Payment must be made using the payment method you have provided to us.

We may update pricing at any time, with notice provided via email or within the platform. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes your agreement to the new pricing.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. EstimateX may terminate or suspend your account without notice if you breach these terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

Upon termination, your access to EstimateX and all associated data will be permanently deleted. We recommend exporting any important data before requesting account deletion.

Disclaimer of Warranties

EstimateX is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
